Presentations sat in the top 3 most searched terms in Adobe Express. Enterprise users were already using Express as a bridge — importing decks, polishing them, exporting back — but there was no native experience. In 2024 I was assigned to build one from scratch.
I designed and architected the full presentations layer inside Express: a bottom page navigation, transitions panel, presenter notes, a split present button with launch options, a full presenter mode with timer and live clock, a voiceover recording panel for async sharing, and PPT and PDF import/export. The feature launched successfully and was quickly adopted across the user base — and later became the foundation that other teams built generative AI presentation features on top of.
