NEXT was an Oracle initiative I helped build and run across Western Europe — a design and technology consultancy model where I worked alongside architects and business strategists to help enterprise clients articulate and solve their most pressing challenges. The method was the IDEA framework: a structured workshop format that moved clients from problem definition to technology-backed solution, fast.

The initiative gained real traction. Engagements spanned DLL in the US, Meliá Hotels in Spain, Volvo Trucks in Sweden, and Maersk in Copenhagen — each requiring a tailored read of the client, the sector, and the opportunity. These were concepts for a dedicated NEXT website — a digital platform to give the initiative the presence it had earned: showcasing the methodology, the projects, and the thinking behind the work.

The initiative
NEXT brought design thinking into Oracle's sales process — running discovery workshops with enterprise clients across Europe to identify problems worth solving and frame the technology response.
The design task
Create a website that reflected the quality and ambition of the initiative — clear on the methodology, compelling in how it presented client work, and distinctly different from standard Oracle product pages.
Clients
DLL · Meliá Hotels · Volvo Trucks · Maersk — and others across Western Europe.
NEXT website — IDEA framework methodology
Methodology — the IDEA framework explained. The page needed to make a structured workshop process feel both rigorous and approachable to new clients.
NEXT website — Homepage
Homepage — the front door of the initiative. Sets the tone: ambitious, human, and grounded in real client outcomes rather than product marketing.
NEXT website — Projects
Projects — a showcase of NEXT engagements across Europe, structured to communicate sector breadth and the depth of each client relationship.
NEXT website — Posts feed
Posts feed — a content stream for the team's thinking: insights from workshops, sector observations, and perspectives on technology and design.
