Motion design is a discipline that rewards patience and precision. During my time at Hootsuite, I had the privilege of learning from the former head of motion design for Microsoft Surface — someone who had spent years codifying why movement matters: how it guides attention, communicates state, and makes interfaces feel alive rather than assembled.
The values and principles he passed on became a permanent part of how I approach any interface, not just animated ones. This collection spans work from Hootsuite and Oracle — from product micro-interactions and data visualisation animations, to motion work for clients like Renfe Railways and Volvo.
